Tobias Jani was born in 1982 in Öhringen, Germany. After graduating from Öhringen Business High School with a focus on economics, he studied law at the University of Regensburg. After passing the First State Examination in Law, he completed his legal clerkship at the District Court of Heilbronn, during which time he also worked in regional law firms and took advantage of the opportunity for additional training at the Family Court of Öhringen.

After starting his career as a lawyer in a law firm in Öhringen in 2013, Tobias Jani joined RBB & Partner in 2014, where he specialises in family and insurance law. He has been a specialist in family law since December 2017 and a partner in the firm since January 2020.
