Lawyer Rainer Baumann

Specialising in tenancy and home ownership law

Rainer Baumann was born in Schwäbisch Hall in 1956. After graduating from the Schenk-von-Limpurg Grammar School in Gaildorf in 1976 and completing his basic military service in the Bundeswehr, he began studying law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in the winter semester of 1977/1978. After passing the first state law examination, he completed his legal clerkship at the Heilbronn District Court. After passing the second state law examination, he was admitted to the bar and has been working as a lawyer at RBB & Partner since 1988, and as a partner since 1994. He has been a specialist lawyer in tenancy and residential property law since 2007.
