Lawyer Katharina Waldenmaier

Katharina Waldenmaier grew up in the Rems Valley and began studying law at the University of Konstanz and the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in 2011. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart in 2020. She was admitted to the bar in 2020.

During her studies and legal clerkship, she worked in a medium-sized law firm in the Rems Valley in the field of private building and architectural law. She worked at this law firm from 2020 to 2022 as a lawyer in building and architectural law and in tenancy law. During this time, she also worked in a consultancy capacity for the German Tenants‘ Association – Waiblingen Tenants’ Association.

Katharina Waldenmaier has been working as a lawyer at RBB & Partner since 2022, specialising in private construction and architectural law and tenancy law, in particular commercial tenancy law. In 2023, she successfully passed the theoretical examination to become a specialist lawyer in construction and architectural law.
