Fritz Rein was born in Öhringen in 1938. After his Abitur (A Levels) at the Grammar School Sankt Michael in Schwäbisch Hall he studied Legal Sciences, beginning at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. He later attended the universities in Munich, Hamburg and Erlangen, where he took his First State Legal Examination. He began his traineeship at the Amtsgericht (Local Court) in Öhringen before moving to the Labour Court in Hamburg and worked as a trainee in a major law firm Hamburg. In the meantime he deepened his knowledge of public law at the Administrative Sciences University in Speyer. Whilst a trainee he had also worked for the Department of Public Prosecutions in Heilbronn and at the Landgericht (District Court) of Heilbronn. He took his Second State Legal Examination in Stuttgart in 1967, after having in between times also worked in industry as a trainee after his assessor’s examination. Fritz Rein was admitted to the bar at the District Court of Heilbronn on 27/08/1967 and later at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart and joined the then existing one man legal firm Dr. Will Rein. He has been working for today’s firm of RBB Beathalter & Partner since 27/08/1967.
