Anke Weiß was born in Schwäbisch Hall in 1991 and grew up in Kupferzell. After graduating from high school at the Schlossgymnasium Künzelsau she completed her law studies at the University in Konstanz and at the University in Bergen. Her main focus was on Environmental and planning law as well as in public commercial law. As part of her studies she spent two semesters at the University of Bergen in Norway. There she formed in International law, energy law and international private law.

She completed the legal clerkship at the Heilbronn Regional Court and successfully completed this in October 2019. Ms. Weiß worked for RBB & Partner as part of her legal traineeship. Ms. Weiß spent part of her legal clerkship at the administrative court in Stuttgart. In December 2019 she was admitted to the Stuttgart Bar Association. Her practice focuses on administrative law as well as public and private
Construction law.

Ms. Weiß is currently completing the specialist lawyer course for “Specialist Lawyer for Administrative Law”
